Women's Self Defense


This women's self defense course is designed to work smarter not harder. With a jiu-jitsu base, the program is designed for the smaller person in a fight. We will discuss a variety of issues to make you aware of danger and how to precautionary measures. During the self defense portion, we will break down different scenarios and tailor each to you. Martial arts is not a "one size fits all" sport and we want to cater to that. You will learn multiple ways to escape mount, escape guard, escape chokes, ground grappling, escaping restraints, and basic self defense. (4 Sessions)
